Casuarina Room, Committee Box, Orchid Box, Bukit Box and Vanda Box are located on Level 4 of the Grandstand. An elegant and medley of function venues that offers a panoramic view of its lush surroundings, the rooms deliver a picturesque view of the racetrack. When combined, the function rooms can easily seat up to 500 people in a banquet-style setup.

With a generous pre-function area, and all the rooms decked out in-full-length glass panels with a ceiling height of 3.2m, the vantage view is simply astounding. The rooms are equipped with a full array of TV monitors, individually controlled lighting, built-in projector screens, a comprehensive bar counter, and a Chef-In-Action Station. It is perfect for hosting corporate functions, private gatherings, product launches and for teambuilding, conventions, exhibitions, meetings and conferences.

A total of 5 rooms are located on Level 4 - measuring 285sqm (Casuarina Room), 277sqm (Committee Box), 181sqm (Orchid Box), 180sqm (Bukit Box) & 302sqm (Vanda Box) of column-free indoor space. The rooms can also be configured into five separate function areas to accommodate 80 to 120 persons each.

Terms of Usage
Cancellation Policy

In the event the applicant postpones or cancels the function for any reason(s) whatsoever, you shall pay the Club, without demand or deduction, postponement or cancellation charges in the following manner:

  1. Postponement or Cancellation effected within 7 working days prior to, but excluding, the day of function: 100% of the Total Package Price (aggregate of Package Price + Beverages);
  2. Postponement or Cancellation effected more than 7 working days prior to, but excluding, the day of function: 50% of the Total Package Price (aggregate of Package Price + Beverages), less the non-refundable deposit paid; and

Any postponement or cancellation notice must be in writing and will only be effective when received and acknowledged by the Club
