General Questions

You will receive an email stating that your request is being reviewed.  The space owner will be in touch (estimated 3 working days) to inform you whether or not the space is available for the period requested, and if any documents or licenses are required from you as per the T&Cs for use of the space.

Some spaces have multiple sources for public bookings. Hence these spaces will not show a calendar on this website to prevent possible double bookings or instances where the information may be outdated. For such spaces, please contact the space owner directly to enquire about available dates.

No, the list is not exhaustive. We hope to add new spaces in due course.

The cost of renting venues vary due to factors such as location, availability of public transport/amenities and demand.

Depending on the individual space owner’s operating guidelines, they may offer concessionary rates to non-profit users.  Please enquire with the space owner directly.

All spaces are for short-term (i.e. daily) rental.

Upon confirmation of your booking, the space owner will advise you on the payment method. Majority accept online payment.
